1) Fake certificate: the actual necklace received was not the one in the certificate/picture. It was easy to tell (color, #of pearls, etc.) 2) The actual color is significantly different from the color stated on their website. 3) in terms of size of each pearl, even if they are within the range, they picked the smallest ones. I’ve saved all chat scripts, phone recording, and the photos I took. One of the customer representatives I interacted was rude and unhelpful.
